Enrollment Procedure

1. 凡被本校录取者,于每年1月、7月由国际教育学院办公室发给《湖北中医学院录取通知书》和《外国来华留学人员签证申请表》(JW202表)。

2. 被录取者应持本人护照、《湖北中医学院录取通知书》、JW202表、《外国人体格检查记录》、《血液化验报告》前往当地的中国使(领)馆,办理入境学习签证。 按《湖北中医学院录取通知书》规定的时间,持以上文件到海外教育学院学生办公室办理入学手续及在华居留手续。

1.The enrolled students will receive the “Admission Notice” and “Visa Application Form for Overseas Students toChina” (JW202 Form) sent by Hubei College of TCM in January and July.

2.The enrolled students are expected to apply to their studying visas to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their country with Passport, Admission Notice from Hubei College of TCM, JW202 Form, Physical Examination Record and Blood Test Report.

3. The enrolled students should go through the procedure of registration and residency in Chinawith the above mentioned documents in the Student Office of The Overseas Educational School, according to the schedule shown in the Admission Notice.
